Come along to a special Wall Yin Yoga class on Saturday 9th July at 11am
Yin Yoga against the wall is a great way of relaxing and gently stretching out your hamstrings. This workshop is very much aimed at beginners and those who have never done yin yoga before.
Most poses you don’t need any props other than a wall, wardrobe, door or similar with a bit of floor space in front of it, so many of the poses you’ll be able to continue doing at home.
Wear loose comfortable clothes. We hold positions for about five minutes so a light sweater or long sleeved top and socks may be useful.
Mats, Bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided.
Only four spaces available at this class so book to ensure a space. This class will cost £7 per person
