There are two Sunday yin yoga classes coming up.
6pm on Sunday 25th September
6pm on Sunday 2nd October
Both are open to beginners and those that haven’t tried yoga before. The classes cost £7 and please email me to book a space.
Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga and works on the connective tissue, fascia, and deeper layers of muscles. Yin yoga is different from most yoga in that there aren’t leveled classes and as such beginners are very welcome to join this classes.
Wear loose comfortable clothes. We hold positions for about five minutes so a light sweater or long sleeved top and socks may be useful.
Mats, Bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided
