Open Doors Day 

St Margarets House Open Doors Day is happening on the 22nd and 23rd October. As part of this Panda Yoga Studio is holding a series of classes. 

Spaces are limited so contact the relevant teacher to book a mat.

10am -11am – Yin Yoga – Panda Yoga

Panda Yoga welcomes you to try yin yoga. Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga and works on the connective tissue, fascia, and deeper layers of muscles. Beginners are very welcome to join these classes. 

3.30pm – 4.30pm – Yin Melt – @rougeyogaEH1

Melt into the mat in this relaxing yin yoga class for all abilities.

5pm – 6pm – Yin Yoga – Panda Yoga

6.30pm-7.30pm – Mind Body Balance Yoga – Serenity Now Yoga

Yoga Class. One of a kind Forrest and Yin Yoga inspired class. Using essential oils and massage techniques to deepen effect of Asanas. Try. Love. Repeat. Donation welcomed.
