Join Panda Yoga for a four week beginner yin yoga course starting on Monday 9th January.

Over the course of four sessions we’ll explore different yin yoga poses and the function of each. This will allow you to get to know your body better and which poses work for you. Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. This course is perfect for those that have never done yoga, aren’t flexible and needs some relaxation in your life.

Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join this course. Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.

Only 6 spaces on this course to allow individual attention and lots of space. Book and pay before 31st December for £20, £24 there after.

Classes held on 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th January from 7-8pm at Panda Yoga Studio, Studio 6.28, St Margaret’s House, 151 London Road, EH6 7AE.
