Happy New Year and welcome to 2017. A reminder that classes don’t start until Wednesday 4th January as St Margaret’s House is still closed today.

Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm class is Yin Yoga for flexibility and we slowly and gently work on improving flexibility. Although you won’t notice a difference in one week, those who have been coming along for a few months are seeing the benefits and improved flexibility in the poses we do regularly.

Wednesday 7.45-8.45pm is Yin Yoga and the focus of this class is relaxing. It’s a great way to unwind while still stretching out gently.

Monday’s class from 7-8pm is being run as a beginner four week course, details of which can be found here. January is fully booked so please contact me if you are interested in joining in February.
