Yoga for Feet

At this time of year our feet spend much of their time in boots, shoes, slippers and generally being hidden. An often neglected part of the body containing 26 bones, 33 joints and more than a hundred muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Spend Saturday 28th January from 11.30am to 12.30 with a focus from the knees down with a focus on our feet, ankles and toes.

All props and equipment are supplied. Wear loose comfortable clothes and socks may be advisable.
