This course is suitable for those who came along to classes before those who have never been to a yoga class and those with more experience of yoga.
Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. This course is perfect for those that have never done yoga, aren’t flexible and needs some relaxation in your life.
Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join this course. Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.
Only £24 (£20 students) for 4 classes.
Classes held on 3rd, 10th, 24th April and 1st May from 7-8pm at Panda Yoga Studio, Studio 6.28, St Margaret’s House, 151 London Road, EH6 7AE
