Yin Yoga Courses

Join Panda Yoga for two four week yin yoga course starting on Monday 5th and Wednesday 7th June
Classes are held on;
Monday 7-8pm on 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th June
Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm on 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th June
These courses are suitable for those who have never been to a yoga class and those with more experience of yoga.
Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. This course is perfect for those that have never done yoga, aren’t flexible and needs some relaxation in your life.
Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join this course. Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.
