Wednesday Night Classes from August

Wednesday night classes timings are changing from August and will now be held at
5.10-6.10pm – Yin Yoga for Flexibility
6.20-7.20pm – Yin Yoga for Flexibility

There are currently three spaces in both classes which can be booked via BookWhen

These classes are suitable for those who have never been to a yoga class and those with more experience of yoga.

Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. This course is perfect for those that have never done yoga, aren’t flexible and needs some relaxation in your life.

Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join this course. Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.

Only £24 (£20 students) for 4 classes. This block lasts for five weeks as due to holidays etc most people will miss one week, it is possible to pay an extra £6 to attend all five classes.
