Friday night yin is a monthly class with the next class held on the 18th August. It is suitable for beginners and those that have done yin yoga before.
Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. These classes are perfect for those that have never done yoga, aren’t flexible and needs some relaxation in your life.
Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join these classes Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.
