Breathe in the goodness of essential oils in a relaxing Yin Yoga practice.
Held on Saturday 10th February from 4-5.30pm, during this 90 minute class we’ll explore three different blends during our yin yoga practice to allow you to ground down, relax and leave fully refreshed.
The use of essential oils has been proven to provide numerous benefits such as improving physical health, increasing immunity and relieving emotional stress.
Tickets are £15 which includes a mini roller to take home, hand blended with a relaxing mix of oils to help you sleep.
This class is not suitable for pregnant women.
