Outdoor Yoga

With the snow finally headed away and summer starting, we’re going to move outside when we can as there is something lovely about being able to practice yoga outside and Holyrood Park is on our doorstep.

If the weather is nice enough to hold classes outside then I’ll email everyone that’s booked in with the meeting place and also post it on Facebook and Instagram.

Fingers crossed we get outside more than once this year.

April Yin Yoga Classes

Booking has now opened for April’s Yin Yoga course starting on Monday 3rd April and can be booked on BookWhen

This course is suitable for those who came along to classes before those who have never been to a yoga class and those with more experience of yoga.

Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. This course is perfect for those that have never done yoga, aren’t flexible and needs some relaxation in your life.

Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join this course. Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.

Only £24 (£20 students) for 4 classes.

Classes held on 3rd, 10th, 24th April and 1st May from 7-8pm at Panda Yoga Studio, Studio 6.28, St Margaret’s House, 151 London Road, EH6 7AE
Please note there is no class on Monday 17th April (Easter Monday)
