Private yoga sessions are a wonderful way to expand your yoga practice and develop understanding and awareness in a safe supported environment. These one to one sessions will centre around your body and can take whatever focus to help support you on your yoga journey. A personally tailored programme can improve body awareness, flexibility and mental clarity. This could be to support recovery from injury, illness, emotional stress or anxiety, or to compliment regular sports and physical activity.

Rachael specialises in teaching Yin and Restorative Yoga so these sessions are the perfect way to completely switch off and relax. Rachael also is qualified in hand reflexology massage and uses this in private yoga sessions when appropriate.
