I’m Rachael also known as Panda Yoga Edinburgh 🐼
I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years having first started when at school. I discovered yin yoga in 2014 and fell in love with this slower style of class.
Panda Yoga started in St Margaret’s House in June 2016 following my yoga teacher training. Since then I’ve expanded my knowledge and classes with restorative yoga, BASI pilates and an ongoing 800 hour course in yoga therapy. In May 2019 I moved studio to a space within Lifescycle in Edinburgh.
Classes are kept small to allow for individual attention and options in poses. As such all of my group classes are suitable for beginners but I also offer private sessions if you have a particular focus.
