Last week we held the first Eye Pillow Workshop with kitwit studio and Panda Yoga. It was great fun with making the pillows and then using them in class.

Friday 17th August – 6.30-7.30pm – Restorative Yoga
There are also a couple of one off classes to help you escape the fringe and relax or catch up with a missed class
Thursday 9th and 23rd – 7.30-8.30pm
Sunday 19th – 7-8pm
You can now buy a class pass for £30 for 4 classes to use within 60 days of your first class. Perfect if you can’t make it along for a few weeks or aren’t sure of your availability at the start of the month.
Panda Yoga Edinburgh has started offering private yoga sessions and is offering the chance to win one for free. Enter via Facebook to win either a one hour private yoga session or four yin yoga classes.

A new beginners yin yoga course is starting on Wednesday 4th July from 6.15-7.15pm for a 4 week block.
Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga and works on the connective tissue, fascia, and deeper layers of muscles. Perfect for beginners in yoga and yin yoga this class will explore yin poses and help you find the perfect variation for your body.
Wear loose comfortable clothes. We hold positions for about five minutes so a light sweater or long sleeved top and socks may be useful.
Mats, Bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided.
